Each flat is served by a Memera 2000 consumer unit; 16-way units have been used in the penthouses and 12-way units in the other flats.

A drop of the light stuff Relamping the new lighting scheme in the Waterloo pub in Dublin’s Baggott Street is as easy as having a drink, thanks to the installation of Luxlifts. Challenged with ensuring that maintenance was possible for four new 1 m3 light fittings set 10 m above ground level, electrical contractor Liam Holland of Lima Electrical, Monaghan selected the Matsushita Electric Works product. The luxlift includes an electric motor to lower the fittings on two stainless steel belts.

The work is part of the redevelopment programme on the Grade II-listed Corn Exchange building after damage caused by the 1996 terrorist bomb in Manchester city centre. Farebrother's contract included power, lighting and security systems in the building.
